Genuinely a great experience with ZyraTalk - we were tentative about taking on an AI with the stigma around that, but their model is the best (having demoed several). Product aside, it was and is an exceptional experience with everyone in the company - they are responsive, always positive and willing to help build out things to our company's needs. Anything I needed during our onboarding I had an answer and a solution the same day. Giselle our AI voice is doing a great job so far! The great thing too is with every call I can submit training for her, so the customer experience only gets better over time. An actual 5 star experience.

If your on the fence about integrating voice AI into your business you need to talk with Andrew at ZyraTalk. I'm shocked at how good the system is and how well it integrates into Service Titan. The AI voice was so real it fooled one of my CSRs. The customer service and onboarding at Zyra is also top-notch. They communicate fast and and just get things done, which is all I ask from a partner/vendor.
