I dropped my HP laptop and broke the screen and damaged the touchscreen component to where it was rendered useless. I went to Best Buy to get quote and their rates made it more affordable to just buy another laptop. I took it to Yerby Technical Services and Jeremy had it fixed in a matter of days. That's dissembling, diagnosing, ordering the parts, and once they came in the repair only took a matter of hours. I highly recommend. His rates are also unbeatable!

I desperately, and I do mean desperately, needed a new fiber cable because my dog ate mine, and we were without internet. I have never been known to be a patient woman, and didn’t want to wait for an order to come in. Jeremy went above and beyond and met with me very quickly! 10/10 would recommend him over and over again!
Aside from having spare parts, he can also hook you up with upgrades and mods for computers/ consoles or whatever you may need! Thank you again so so much!

Very knowledgeable and helpful! He didn’t just tell us what the problem was, he explained it so we could understand and help prevent issues in the future. He wasted no time finding the issue with my computer. A lot of bigger businesses could have taken advantage to throw some extra charges at us but he took care of us. Yerby Technical Service will be our go-to for tech help!
