After setting up my laptop, I was unable to change any settings requiring an administrator password due to Yeltek having themselves as the administrator.i emailed them an no response. I called and had a return called stating I could use my laptop without the administrator password. That is true, under the guest account they set up for me. I want full control over the laptop I purchased, not for Yeltek to have any account on it. I have since sent another email requesting the administrator password and left two more messages due to no one ever there answering the phone. Still no response. Bad service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
