I imagine the software is good, everything I read points to that, however: and I emphatically state that I despise the way that you intentionally obscure your pricing model from potential customers. $1500 a month is way out of range for most businesses that are under $1 million. Why would you talk about, and compare yourself to, and boast how much better than QuickBooks you are when your prices are one hundred times their cost? I understand you are trying to be the next leg up accounting wise for a small business going to medium-size, but for small businesses, you waste hours and hours and hours of their time researching your product, getting them excited about your reporting capabilities and features only to then force them to call you for pricing? A little unethical don't you think? Be transparent about your pricing moving forward X ledger! You wasted my time, once time is wasted, it can never be reclaimed. Don't waste people's time!

I am very pleased with our conversion two years ago to Xledger accounting and financial software. The ease of use, the efficiency of the processes combined with the fact that customer support is so readily available and capable with assistance has allowed me to maintain a high production and performance level. I appreciate that I can prepare informational reports quickly and accurately for internal corporate requests. The automated processes and workflow make sense and are user friendly. I have worked with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics in the past and being able to take part in utilizing the best financial software available today that brought us into a paperless era has been very exciting.
