If I could give 0 stars I would ! So I, a first time home buyer thought that running a coaxial cord into a home was a simple enough job that my little brother could meet the cable guy for me . Tell me who in their right mind would run a black cable all the way from the side of my house, to my front porch on my white brick house !?! I requested the cord come out of a specific wall, which was denied because he did not want the cord to get stuck in the door. Are coaxial cords unable to be ran through the roof nowadays, or is this a result of laziness? This is enough for me to cancel my service that I have not even got the chance to experience yet. The worker definitely did not treat my home as if it were his and completely disrespected me and my home. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

Went into the store to pick up my new equipment after switching from Wow! to xfinity. Everyone was friendly and greeted me when I first arrived. It was a very quick and easy visit.

Angry! I work from home and was in a financial bind so I had to get an extension will everything was fine until my services dropped on June 5th while I was working. I wasn’t suppose to get disconnected until the 8th of June. I knew my check would post late which is why I did the extension but Xfinity service is ok but customer service is horrible no call in line only chat and 80% of the time there’s an outage stopping contact with reps. I just don’t understand how an extension was put and was confirmed by other reps and still got cut off.

You can not get a live person on the phone. If you have more than one account with them good luck on having them linked and if there is any issue good luck talking to someone without getting in your car and driving to the nearest building. There is no customer service with this company!

On 03/7/24,I called to acquire residential internet and TV service. I was sold exfinity now tv programming. I also asked for if specific networks are included, and the sales representative said yes along with many others with free streaming capabilities. We applied for services for two TVs and also paid an additional $100 for a technician to come and install. The technician who was very helpful came the next day and informed us that we would have to go to the local office and get the TV equipment. We were hoping to watch TV that night but we had no equipment. I did receive email confirmation that my bill was approximately $76, which was what we were quoted. Later that evening, we received another email advising me that my bill would be approximately $86 monthly. The next day we went and picked up the TV equipment. We followed the instructions, and nothing worked. We called a technician and after more than 30 plus minutes and him trying to sell me cellular phones service at leat 10 times after I told him 10 time to let's get my tvs and internet working first. He felt the equipment was
defective, so he scheduled an appointment for another technician to come out on 3/8/24 and gave us a time . I later received another email asking me to choose a time for 3/9/24, so I did. I later received another email advising me that we were on a 1st available waiting list for 3/08/24. Later I was emailed that I did have a 03/8/24 scheduled for repair. Later, I received an email informing me that my bill would be $91. Then later I received another email showing I owed $201 which I assume included the $100 service call. I unplugged and box up all equipment and returned to the local store location that has no local phone #. I also asked the representative that we have two TVs but we were only given one TV remote and asked how does it operate two TVs. He said it would not and that his computer only showed we had service for one Tv. Now you understand the problem and confusion we experienced. I do hope this helps so that you can prevent this from happening with other future customers. You are welcome to call me with any questions.---‐------ I later received a text asking for a likelihood of whether I would refer xfinity to a friend form 0-10. I keyed 0 and I received a reply back that they could not recognize my response so I keyed a 1. They then was texted again asking that they would love to here more as to why I text a 1 and would not recommend xfinity to a friend. So I then text this same review. I then received another text stating, They could not handle my request.

Worst company I ever dealt with. Called to cancel my cell service. I own my phone. Did not buy it from them. It is my phone. They have taken payment on this phone for over a year. They told me it was unlocked two days before I wanted to change service. Then I find out the phone is not unlocked. When I call them, they refused to unlock the phone because I did not purchase it from them. Buyer beware. Terrible company.

Go up
