It is my immense pleasure to write this review for XDuce Corporation. I have been associated with the organization for a few months now, and it has been an enthusiastic place to work at. The environment, organizational fundamentals, ethics, and processes are all well built to ensure a promising growth curve for every employee - associated directly or indirectly in all dimensions.
From the day one, the people were so energetic at work, focused toward consistently achieving goals which contribute to the success of the firm.

In short, leaders are created in every individual in their own expertise. I would recommend XDuce to anybody who would like to pursue a career as you have reached the right place and a step closer to your personal goals.

Pros-
I have worked and know lot of companies in India but XDuce is one of the best company to work for. The management treats all employees as equal and each employee is given complete accountability of their work. Employee are encouraged to take risks, make mistakes and learn from mistakes. There is lot of opportunity not only to develop your everyday work skills but also your leadership skills. the work culture is performance based and every individual can control their appraisal. The company also believes in giving back to completely managed by employees. If you are performance driven and like to make lot of money, This is the company you would like to work for.

The work culture is addictive and you tend to spend more time at work. If you are not performance driven then you may not like this company.

XDuce is a place where you learn new things and develop new skills everyday. The work environment is really good. We celebrate every occasion, be it a festival or a birthday, as a family. I like the town hall meeting concept where we have a discussion about various topics, and employees can put in their suggestions and questions.

Review Title: Oracle Platinum Partner providing services like - Consulting, Licensing, Training and Staffing!!

Pros: Been 2 years working with XDuce reporting VP and AVP and can say that Learning never ends with XDuce. Amazing work atmosphere. Flexible/Frank/Open minded/experienced/helpful/focused team/colleague to work with.

Cons: won’t be able to retire in XDuce.

Advice to Management: Management is doing what they can and should. Perfect!!
