Don’t hire this company ! He will agree to anything you need until he gets his final payment and then you will never hear from him again. As a service company that advertises they service audio/video equipment as well as install. He will definitely ignore requests over and over. I would never recommend this company as long as he “Dave” is the owner.

I had used Worry Free Technologies for my audio/ visual needs on several occasions. It is a small business and David Wray and his assistant Garrett do it all. I did a major stereo / tv upgrade and they said they would sell me the equipment and install it for me as well as be my ongoing servicer. They did a good job installing though not in a timely manner, but from that point on The Worry Free logo name was anything but Worry Free! We had an ongoing problem with the special $850 upgraded TV that David pushed on me on vs. the tried and true Costco one, oh yeah, Costco warranty is Iron Clad. Turns out the TV they sold me was a Lemon from the beginning, and after he attempted to fix it once, Worry Free became the Worry, they were complete no-shows! Mind you I spent close to $10K on this new equipment, (Also screw me on a Marantz receiver I didn't even need!) I texted, called, emailed, and never even received a reply back from David or his lackey Garrett while my 90 inch Samsung 4K TV hung on the wall broken. I gave up after 8 weeks and called Samsung and they sent a rep out w/in 2 days to check and test the TV and found a major error in the electronics which they said had been well documented online. They replaced the TV however, I needed to find a new servicer to replace and return it to the distributor. Not a word from Worry Free, not a "were sorry", absolutely nothing. David has a lot going on in his personal life which I empathized with but if you going to be in business, BE in business. I would never work with him again and frankly don't know why his major customer, John Elway who I am guessing he gouges uses him, He obviously gets call backs, not the average John, I guess. BZ
