I've been trying to get ahold of them daily for several months now. It is ridiculous that they flat out ignore every single attempt of contact I've made even though my workplace has been going through them for 13 years. In the past wolf track has been wonderful with immediate assistance but recently they have gone full MIA. It is infuriating considering it is negatively impacting the business I work at and impairing our ability to work efficiently with our wolf track server not working now on one computer. Any sort of communication to their clients would be splendid, even if it were so much as an update on their website. Hoping that things get solved soon or else our business has no choice but to switch POS software to a more reliable company.

I have used this POS system for 11 years with my business Game Trade and over the last year it seems more and more impossible to get ahold of anyone. I have had an issue for the last month and no one returns your calls or even responds to email. Not sure what is going on but this company used to be great and now it is just the worst.

I haven't been able to reach anyone, by phone or email, for the last 2 months. Their website says that they are available 24/7, but no one picks up or even returns your phone calls or emails. System keeps crashing or won't open at all and I can't get anyone to help me fix the isses.
