Had a great experience talking to Curtis where he ensure that wisprenn can resolve the long 2 month service issue we had from setting up an appointment and calming my anger with being out of service. Today Cory our technician came out and gave 110%. Cory was kind and professional checking all possible issues and resolved it in 97 degree weather. I'm a happy customer ?

Joe was absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond for me. He completely resolved my internet issue and did everything he could to ensure the problem was addressed. I work 70-90 hours a week and was able to be home to play a little so thanks to him and the representative I talked to this morning, I can now enjoy the next few days I've been off between jobs.
