WiseTack offers quick approvals to the clients as well as quick payments to the shop. The only reason why this review isn't five stars is that we get feedback from the clients that the interest rates are too high. The interest rates are also the reason why some clients decline to use WiseTack, even after getting approved, once they get the information on the interest rates.

Super quick and easy! Financing rates are cheaper than using our credit card, so we opted to pay a construction down payment with Wisetack. We plan to pay off early to avoid extra interest but it was nice to free up cash for other projects.

Tatum is so amazing. He was so patient and has great energy. We were working on a time sensitive situation and he made sure I was heard and let me know he would continue to work with me if we were unable to resolve the issue on that call. We were able to. He was so wonderful to speak to at the end of the day!

Fair warning this company won’t let you pay off the loan early unless it’s from a bank account. I have the full amount owed in a separate account and they still refuse to accept payment forcing me to do the monthly and pay more interest. This is predatory banking and should be illegal. I’ll never use wisetack again Affirm is 100x better!!

I used Wisetack in conjunction with Citizen's Pay for two home improvement projects, totaling around $10k. I used this service as it offered 0% APR if paid over a 3 month period. While I am satisfied with that process, a little market research would have demonstrated numerous credit cards that offer a 0% APR on purchases for 12 to 18 months. From a consumer perspective that was a better deal. This short term lending at low interest, and the lack of an early pay off option are my only complaints. As a consumer, I have no incentive in paying off a home improvement project early, if anything in periods of high interest, I would much rather delay the payment. I am sure Wisetack charges the vendor a service fee, just as a credit card provider does.
