My Dell Laptop case broke at the right hinge causing the case to split open. Laptop was purchased July 2015 from Dell.
I contacted Willy Genius Consulting and they sent over a person to pick up my Laptop. Once back in the shop I received an immediate quote for the repair. The quote was very reasonable and I immediately okayed the expense. The new case was delayed due to extended delivery times because of the corona-virus.
During the replacement of the case additional problems were noted with the Laptop. Willy offered me the choice of incurring additional costs to repair the Laptop or the gift of a Lenovo ThinkPad at no cost for the repair service. I questioned his time and effort at no cost but he felt the situation warranted that the service should be free.
I accepted the offer Willy personally delivered the ThinkPad with my files installed on it.
Life is good!

With his guidance I purchased a computer online but needed to have all of my data from my old pc moved over. I didnt want to chance doing it myself since the information was all client data that couldnt be replicated if lost.
