The absolute best coach! I spent 3 months working with Cindy on breaking limiting patterns within myself. Her approach to coaching blew me away. With the help of Cindy, I was able to actually get to the ROOT of my self limiting behaviors. There were so many "AHA" moments. I pride myself to be an aware person but Cindy showed me the depths of myself that I know I would not have been able to reach it it weren't for her coaching! I was always blown away after each session; I was able to slowly open myself up to actually have TRUE acceptance for myself and to find my truth. Her attention to listening and giving me what I needed to grow and regulate is a true gift of hers. I highly recommend Cindy if you are in a point of being stuck in those same patterns (that's where I was!).
