I had reached out to this company on a recommendation from my family, as they’d worked with them before. After speaking with one individual, I received a callback and was offered to come by the office the same day for help. Tom made sure to reassure me that my problem could be diagnosed, and moreover, I would not be charged until I had the say so to move forward on whatever repair was necessary. I left my laptop in their capable hands, and no longer than a handful of hours later, I was back to pick up my laptop, problem free. Tom was very kind and knowledgeable, even with my ancient hardware. Any future tech support with be through these folks!
