Deborah did a great job for us. She was very honest in the value of our home and lot. She knows the area very well and the market. Deborah as well as her team made sure we were comfortable with our decisions and were always very responsive. I would use Deborah again if I were to sell again.

Michelle Terrell was my realtor for my recent house purchase. The seller was incredibly difficult to deal with as was his realtor from Southern Homes. Deborah and Michelle went well above and beyond to help us through these difficulties and make sure I had all the information I needed to make smart decisions. Deborah and get employees are amazing and I can't give enough praises for their efforts and tenacity to get things done right. This woman is a cold hearted crook. I had the misfortune of having bought a 17 acre farm from her. The VA appraiser, who i found out later had sold the property to the person i was going to buy it from. They hid the fact that the property had a bad water problem, called a blue hole. I asked the appraiser, if there was anything that i should beware of, i had just moved back south from Minn. Because of health reasons. And was not familiar with this area. So i put my trust in my VA appraiser.
That was a big mistake, she got money after the closing. She was using her maden name.
THIS CROOK USES THE BUYER BEWARE LAW TO CHEAT PEOPLE.
STAY AWAY FROM HER!!@!

This realtor along with her husband were the next of kin to a dear friend of mine that passed. She refused to claim her sister in laws body along with her husband who was the brother of said friend that passed. Friends of her sister in law raised money for cremation & a memorial service & they still did not want to claim or release the body. Horrible people in my opinion & I wouldn't want to do business with them!

My experience with Deborah has nothing to do with real estate. It’s personal. It’s personal because her sister in law, my friend , passed away and neither Deborah or her family would go to the hospital to claim her body. They are greedy and one day they will pay for their cruelty.

SHE WOULDNT CALL ME BACK. I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT A PROPERTY AND SHE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK. I GUESS I MADE HER ANGRY WHEN SHE WOULDNT CALL ME RIGHT BACK AND I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE OF I WOULDNT HOLD MY BREATH ON HER CALLING ME BACK. SO WITH THAT I WILL NOT USE HER AS A REALESTATE LADY
