I've been on the new Azure cloud set up by the WAMS team for almost a month, and it has been a game-changer! We tackled kinks along the way, and yesterday's 13-hour mediation was the ultimate test. Logging in remotely with my laptop was FLAWLESS. It was just like I was in my office! I accessed all my programs and files seamlessly, even running QuickBooks on one of the client's business data to answer a question the judge had. It was fast with no issues. The experience has me considering a larger laptop for more flexibility in my work. Usually, I would do minimal stuff so just needed a small laptop, but now that I have full access, I can do so much more. Wow! I appreciate their attentive listening, the seamless setup, and Mina's expert assistance.
