They had a prescription to fill and it took the whole operating days after I waited for three hours. Go somewhere else. Anywhere is better than a prescription laying on the counter for six hours and then making us wait another three hours in store to get it. Terrible service. Don't go here.

Staff and head male pharmacist were great...but the old lady pharmacist didn't care about what I was trying to tell her she was extremely rude and not willing to be helpful one bit

If you want that friendly, family oriented experience including great, professional, and efficient service, visit the team at the La Junta Walmart Pharmacy headed up by Bob, Cathy, Tonja, and the rest of the team. We have never been treated better by any store and could not recommend them enough! Seriously, really special people that can answer all your questions and make your day so much better! When did we come to the point where your pharmacist can decide on whether you need the medication that the doctor has prescribed for you? Everytime I go in there to get a prescription I get the 3rd. Degree on why I need the medication. WHAT BUSINESS IS IT OF YOURS ANYWAY!! It's a invasion of privacy!!!! Lajunta Walmart is the worst so only seems fitting to have the worst pharmacy.

Yes. I'm giving Walmart 5 because I have not yet had a bad experience there. The staff is nice and the male greeter upfront knows good service , way to represent your store.

I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years. During the past 6 months the pharmacy has gone downhill. EVERYTIME I request refills, they are “OUT OF STOCK”.

I am so tired of the staff in the Wal Mart pharmacy. They are so rude, and there is one blonde gal that works there is always complaining about customers, her job, her private life, you name it, she talks about it. My mother called today to see if her insurance would cover diabetic supplies. The person that answered the phone said, not likely! We happen to know that her insurance will pay for most of her needs. I do not appreciate the way the staff in the pharmacy treats customers. I am so glad that I know when they are trying to "screw" me. When you ask questions, they give you a smart half assed answer. I am going to check into having my families prescriptions transferred to Safeway.

I have always had pleasant pharmacy visits. The staff, and pharmacist are helpful. I appreciate knowledgeable pharmacists who care about the customers.
