Michael Duncan was in our neighborhood so we talked for a while and decided to cancel spectrum and put in Frontier. We are very happy with Michael the guys who ran the cable and the installer. The speed is great and you can't beat the price. My neighbor also switched .

Randy and Damon were walking my neighborhood on May 15th. As usual, I wanted to run and hide from the 2 Frontier sales guys. They came knocking at my door and I opened the door. I am not gonna lie, I had a bit of an attitude. Randy proceeded to ask me how my day was. I said fine but I wanted to run away from you two. He smiled and asked why is that? Long story short, they were amazing! Their energy and attitude with me was awesome! I asked them to come back the next day after I spoke to my husband. They came back as promised and signed me up for my new internet service. These guys are an asset to Frontier. Thank you Randy and Damon!

The difference between the work environment at Voyager and any other I’ve ever been in is night and day. The genuine belief and commitment everyone has to becoming the best version of themselves has thankfully rubbed off on me and pushed me to limits I never knew I could reach. I’ve never been as productive and happy a person since I started working here. It sounds crazy writing it down because I know some people are rolling their eyes thinking it’s just a job, but it’s really not. If you really want to grow, to change, to be better, to have direction, and to have people around you who all want the same, this is the place for you. If you don’t, it’s not. I promise you it’s that simple.

Katlyn Clabough was incredible! She was talking to a neighbor and even though I'm already a customer she took the time to talk to me about my service and why it seemed slower than when I got it. She was so knowledgeable about the product she was able to see that our speeds were WAY slower than they should be and walked me fjord who to call and what to say. I so appreciate the time she took with me.
