Around 11 o’clock at night , power was out at the house including the car charging circuit . I was lucky I got his number from the Internet and called . Professional, calm and savvy electrician, he pointed out that the wiring in the circuit breaker was faulty that caused the power to go out. He repaired the malfunction at a very reasonable price, At 2 AM! . Came back Monday at no cost ! To check and see if all the circuits in the house function as they should .
I highly recommend this company, especially that electrician Ben . His price was reasonable. I will always call on him if I have any electricity related issues at my house .I Thank you

OUTSTANDING! David is as sharp as they get, he did an amazing job here at our home. I have to be completely honest with you, I've been in the residential construction industry for over thirty years as a framer and now as a operations manager. When I see a couple of kids on the Jobsite I have strong reservations about how there work ethic will be, not the case with these guys. Fernando is a hard worker and gets the job done. David is clearly an asset to his company and surprised the heck out of me. He's one guy that has a great future ahead of him. Thank you and your team once again for the great job!

I had an electrical issue in my condo and as soon as I called and spoke to Ben he immediately said he would send someone out the next day. He Gave me a time frame and assured me someone would be out. David called me the next morning and was right on time. He heard me out .. reviewed all the issues and locations/outlets where I felt I had electrical issues/connection with and checked each one. He answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be calling again when I’m ready for an upgrade to my electrical system. And the price I paid for their service was well worth my peace of mind after having a weeks worth of stress with this.

Outlets in our game room mysteriously went out. I was lucky enough to find Volt Tech Electric here on Yelp, close to my home. Called them at 5pm and the very day Austin showed up right on time and ready to go!

He proceeded to go through not only the room with the issue, but two connecting rooms, just to see if any other outlets had issue. Sure enough he found a total of four outlets not getting power. In less than two hours total time from arrival to departure, all of my outlets were back online and functioning just as intended!

During the whole process Austin was extremely professional and courteous. You could not ask for a better person to be in your home, especially during COVID-19. He came in with a mask and was very well aware to keep to social distancing guidelines. Extremely professional like I said!

I could not be more pleased with the way I was treated by Ben and Austin. If you need any work that these gentlemen and this company can provided, I highly recommend you seek them out immediately!

I hired Volt Tech Electric to trouble shoot a short that I had in my backyard, electrical circuit. Two employees arrived on time and were friendly when I explained my problem. The said they could do the job, when I asked what it was going to cost, they told me $675.00 I thought that was a pretty steep price, but if it was going to be a lot of work, then I assume it would be worth it. They started working on the problem, and found it to be a wiring problem in the service panel. It was fixed in 30 minutes. I asked them, since it was such a simple and easy fix, if I could get a break on the price. I was told that's the standard charge for all customers, every time they do a job, plus the had two guys on the job.

If the job had taken a couple of hours, and there was a lot of work involved, I would have excepted the price. But 30 minutes work for $675 NO WAY!! Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer, and I will advise my friends to stay away from this company, unless they have got money to burn. Being a retired, senior, I had a lot of other places that money needed to go.

Contacted Ben and Nick on Friday afternoon regarding an electrical run to our kitchen island that had to be done on short notice. They came out to Cypress THAT NIGHT, through Friday evening traffic, to help when nobody else would. I couldn't tell you whether the price they gave me was the absolute best out there, because NOBODY else was willing to sacrifice their time the way these guys were. They were friendly, did amazing work, and left things looking better than they did when they arrived. That's the kind of service that earns you loyal customers, and you can be sure that I will be calling them for any of our future electrical needs.

Austin is a super qualified electrician. His assistant David was also incredibly adept. Our power was overloading and Austin went out of his way to create a great customer experience. I will be definitely hiring Volt Tech Electric to do other repairs. Highly recommended service provider.
