I worked with this organization a few years ago while juggling dialysis. My case worker was Jody classen. I was so excited to get started and change my life. Once I started college I continued to call Miss.Classens in regards to things as I was instructed to. Every time I called her secretary said she was in a meeting or on a call and would call me back. I had my social worker from dialysis get involved and tried reaching out to her and she got the same response. This went on for several months until I gave up and never reached out ever again. It was a terrible experience. She never called me back or reached out to me. I eventually had to drop out of college because it was too much on me and I had no help. I can’t say this organization is terrible but Jody Classens was terrible and unprofessional and left the worse taste in my mouth with experience. I would not recommend her to anyone person who is disabled and looking to better their future in the 7 months I was working with her she never returned a single call and all I heard from her secretary was that she was in a meeting or on a call and would call me back. I am now working with a new DVR in a different state and I am so happy with the professionalism and guidance I am now receiving. But if I could give Jody negative stars I would!!!!!
