Image Source has been a great in supplying the replenishment supplies as needed for our Xerox machines. The shipments are fast. The machines are monitored and Image Source sends the supplies when they are low. Sometimes we do run out before we receive the shipment but that rarely happens. When I place a service call, it does not take too long for a repairman to come to our site. The customer service reps are always pleasant and courteous when I call in. Overall I am happy so far with the service we have provided.

Our Xerox printers are serviced and supplied by Image Source. They are great to work with whenever we need a printer fixed or need consumables. Being on auto replenish makes my life easier and being able to request service via their website is super convenient. The techs that come to our locations are very knowledgeable.

Image Source has been a big help for me at the school site I work at. When I first started this job there was a different make an model of printer in every classroom. Lexmark, Brother, HP, Xerox. It was a nightmare and I spent almost everyday working on printers.

Image Source changed all that. They consolidated all our printers to Xerox printers, they gave me a lists of serial numbers and IP address, and when the toner runs low the printers notify Image Source and they send a replacement in the mail.

I now actually get to work on computers again or other way more interesting technology.

Image Source has friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always there when we need them and provide us with with top of the line machines. If we have questions they are always just a phone call away and response time is efficient.
