I m glad I m here. Very safe environment a lot of things to do for seniors and Shiva is a excellent manager always attending to your needs and do so much. I give Shiva 10 stars. I love the way Winn company property.

I came in over the weekend and met with Waquilla at Vista Woods' senior apartments. She was very personal, patient, engaging, and attentive. She showed me any my husband all that Visa Woods had to offer. It's always a pleasure to see that professionalism still exists and Waqulla was an awesome example of that!!. I would give her 100 stars and to keep doing what you do best being a light in this dark world !!!!

Danielle Rogers was both delightful and professional as she took husband and I on a tour of the newest facility in Pinole, CA. Love the thoughtfulness toward seniors' need expressed through the amenities. Triple A job.

As a new tenant in a new building, everything is being done for the first time (running the hot water, turning on certain lights, using the community washing machines etc). This means that there can be some stops and starts and issues that need to be attended to. I have to say that Shiva Luitel the property manager has been very responsive and amazingly accessible, his open door policy and immediate action have been very reassuring.

Every issue has been dealt with in swift response. This is vastly different from the property we moved here from.

It is a marvelous property with exceptional management. I would also like to put in a good word for Raymond who works maintenance, he easily fixed a problem that the plumber couldn't , he was polite and respectful and of good cheer.

It's wonderful to be at such a beautiful property and to feel so supported by the staff at Vista Woods.
