0 zero stars. Had to put 1 just to write review. This company is a joke. You pay outrageous prices for crap service. When you have issues with any products you are expected to pay for it even when it's not your fault. Git a new phone within 14 days the charging port quit working go in to exchange you have to pay for a new phone they won't exchange. You pay insurance for these phone and equipment and still have to pay even more just to get the insurance claim. I bought my daughter the xplora watch it was stolen I call they say they don't offer insurance on the watches so guess what I have to pay off the watch in full to get a new watch because it's not insured well it can't be insured it's not available for this device which would have been nice to know when they sold it to me to begin with. I ask to just shut off the service for the watch then because it was stolen well I have to still pay for the watch before it can be shut off. So either way I have to pay for a watch that has been stolen and buy a whole new one. Some poor customer service from this phone provider. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can just go with another better company. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They don't care to help out any of their customers. All they want is money an more money.

I can have 2 TVs running, a laptop a phone and a exterior home security system for $62 a month, I'm happy Thank You Oh that's with little to no interference so this 63 yr old Irishman can only say "Viva Viaero" I hope I got that right

Since my first review they have gotten much, much better at plans, and customer service although they can lighten up and smile once in a while, show pride to the job you do and friendliness to the customers for god sake. The devices are very very limited and most are older models. Over all not bad.

The customer service is terrible. We were almost the only customers in the store this afternoon and the employee didn't get out of her chair to show us the phones or explain the plans, knowing I was looking for a new one. I clearly had questions. She was not the least bit helpful. It was as if she didn't want to be bothered late in the day. We finally left. It was a 40 mile wasted trip. I'll change providers!

This is the worst phone company I’ve ever used. Customer service was ok most of the time with a few really nice people but in over 4 years we never had reliable service. All of Pueblo was a complete dead zone and I keep hearing adds where the customers are claiming they have service outside of service areas or inside buildings and that’s a flat out lie. We have had 4 lines open with them this whole time. We have tried the phones the sell and tried buying phones outside of their store and it doesn’t matter. Calls drop or won’t even send at all, texts won’t send or won’t come in, voicemails don’t show up for days later even if you call the voicemail line daily they aren’t even there until days after they were left by the caller. No service inside homes or stores or anything. No service near their own towers. It was really scary because Las Animas has a really high crime rate and I never knew if my phone would work in an emergency. I stayed so long because I cricket didn’t work either and Verizon was more expensive to transfer to. I don’t even know how these guys have positive reviews.

The staff in the La Junta store have been very helpful! We got a great deal on phones and unlimited service that works very well almost everywhere wherever we have traveled. Melissa was so patient and helpful with our purchases and in explaining the plans. All around great service!

We've had our new phones a little more than one month. LOVE them! Just got Sick and Tired of Verizon. We're still getting use to the difference in Coverage Areas. (Verizon's Coverage at our home SUCKS, and has FOREVER. Viaero is GREAT! But NO Company covers EVERYwhere, and we're learning the changes...) We met Melissa at the La Junta store. She explained the Plans, and available phones and options. I sold cell phones, a couple of decades ago, but things have changed a lot. Melissa was friendly, helpful, and patient. I've had a few questions since we got started, and she continues to be helpful, patient, and responsive. A Breath of Fresh Air compared to Verizon. (I gave Four Stars, because "it's still early"... I don't give Five Stars "when it's early"...)
