Rented a meeting room for a few hours in downtown Denver at Venture X. The place is great, spacious and welcoming. Service is excellent: we were lucky to come on a quiet day and were offered to use a bigger room at no extra charge. Location is perfect for dining options. Will surely repeat.

The place is most recommended for remotely working people. It is spacious and has plenty of amenities such as complementary tea and coffee. Also printer is available in case you need. They provide a desktop, but it's limited. Again, it has a separate meeting room and small phone call rooms where you can talk without any disturbance.
It also has a beautiful view of downtown as it's been situated in the downtown area.

apparently it's illegal to sit in their lobby on my break (not bothering anybody and completely out of the way of walking space) so it will be my honor to be their first one star review. Grow up.

Update: Thank you very much for your response. I had no idea you had a lounge, as the security guard was quite rude, telling me to not take it personally. Of course I don't blame you. Just looking for a spot to sit down for my 5 and take a breather😊

Our Firm has been at Venture X for nearly 3 years, and the experience has been great! The office space is professional yet has a casual feel to it along with many conference rooms to choose from. There are many exceptional event spaces available including one with a view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Paul and Kai are great to work with and manage the property well! They are always planning breakfast, yoga, and happy hours for the community. They also partner with the Sheraton for your parking needs at a very reasonable price. Venture X Uptown is also just a block away from the Colorado State Capitol. I would encourage you to take a tour and consider Venture X for your co-working experience!

I have been to a few spaces and this is by far my favorite. Everyone is friendly, but also motivated and actually getting work done. Good amount of space for hot seats ("day seats") at a fair price. Two full kitchens, snacks, drinks etc. Every Thursday Emily, who works at the front desk, swings on by with a drink cart! Overall very positive experience and highly recommended.

We've been tenants for over a year now and have no intentions of leaving! Kai, the office manager, actually cares about the space and makes sure the coffee is always hot, the areas are clean and organized, and everyone has everything they need. 5/5 recommend if you're a small or growing company in downtown Denver who wants an amazing location in the city.

Modworks has been a great office space for our growing company. Modworks owner John Borst and manager Emily Perrigo (seen here with the usual Thursday afternoon cocktails/ice cream cart) are incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. They have several conference rooms -- some with spectacular views of the Front Range), as well as quiet places to duck into for phone conversations. The space is very bright and clean, the kitchens are terrific, and the 14th floor terrace is a treasure. Bonus points for the occasional appearances by Charlie, the best office dog ever. I highly recommend Modworks as a place to do business.

I booked a conference room for a team offsite at this location and will definitely be booking again when we return to Denver! Clear and quick communication with Kai to book, tour of the space upon arrival, super simple wifi and conference screen connectivity, great amenities. Highly recommend!
