We had an office at Venture X for around 2 years. It was a very nice office with a great location. Having an attached parking garage was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend Venture X if you're looking for an office.

Couldn't ask for better service or amenities. A conference room has been available every time we need one. I am especially impressed by the young woman manning the front desk when I stop in to get our mail.

I was pleasantly surprised when I began my first-ever co-working experience at Venture X Denver South eight months ago. Not only is the space professionally run and highly conducive to getting work done. But, it is friendly, efficient, comfortable, and convenient.The staff is helpful, the other tenants are pleasant, and the environment is one I look forward to coming to for work and networking.

It was an incredible experience! When I walked through the door, Michael the owner greeted me and walked my team directly to the conference room that was reserved for us. And he even let us know that fresh popcorn was prepared for us during our meeting. What a unique and personalized experience. The rooms are spacious and the environment is very easy to navigate. I really like the simple design and it doesn't appear to be over cluttered and busy. Thank you Michael for providing a great experience for our team!

I highly recommend Venture X! I rented a room for a video conference at their facility for one of my Attorney's to attend and our whole experience was perfect. Everyone was great, and Chrissy was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We both were very pleased with our experience. Venture X Denver South is a gorgeous co-working space in such the perfect location! The building is situated right on the corner of Colorado Blvd. and i-25, it's easy to jump on and off the highway quickly to either go south toward DTC or north toward downtown. Plus, the Lightrail is ACROSS the street! You can park there and literally jet around the surrounding cities super easy or take it into work like I do to avoid traffic. Next to Dave and Busters, a sweet dining hall, and a state of the art gym, you don't have to go far to get good use of the area. The space itself has been fitted to accommodate both the open desk-space concept and smaller, more close knit office space. Owners and office managers Kate and Michael have made this location special with a fun theme to the decor, beyond thorough communication to all clients in the suite, happy hours/free food days, and a personal touch that is hard to find elsewhere today. I have enjoyed being able to use the shared space to conduct my business! They have worked with me throughout the pandemic and continue to do so as Denver starts to open up again. I highly recommend checking it out as it seems to be the new concept coming to head here for professionals of all kinds. It's been awesome to meet like minded people in the Denver Metro Area and I definitely owe that to Venture X! Thanks guys! ^_^
