The fact that it was both online and in class has many great advantages. It’s good to have face to face interactions when learning about new materials. Any question is answered right away and students also get the opportunity of connecting with other re students.

Pamela is an amazing teacher! She uses real life examples and her own experiences to further demonstrate concepts explained in the textbooks which sometimes can be difficult to understand. So thankful to have such a helpful and experienced agent as my instructor.

What a pleasurable experience it was to conduct my CA Realty Training with Pamela Hayes at Keller Williams PV Realty. Pamela's attention to details on each chapter was remarkable. She not only explained in a very easy to understand way but also gave real life examples frequently of past experiences. This helped me a great deal in understanding the materials and in my studies. When taking the quizzes after each chapter online, I would remember some of the examples that Pamela gave which helped me answer the questions correctly. Pamela's experience in real estate as well as her approach to training is not only passionate but infectious to others. There was a comfort in class that allowed everyone to participate and ask plenty of questions. I highly recommend anyone that is interested in taking real estate training to take it with Pamela as she was a remarkable trainer and am glad I chose this school to get my training.

CA Realty has been a blast so far. I am currently in my 3rd month of courses and I have been learning a ton of vital information regarding Real Estate and the many components it comes with. BE CAREFUL HOWEVER; it is a fast-paced courses so make sure to keep up as the weeks/months go by. I took my training at the Palos Verdes location, which was taught by Pamela Hayes. She is full of energy and made the class interesting and fun. What I liked best about her class, besides her great personality, was her "real life" sales tips and anecdotes, which will be useful in a real estate sales career.
Sure you can take the class online, but in person with Pamela provides more than just a class. Can recommend.

Pam goes above and beyond what is required of her as a teacher for Realty school. Not only is knowledgeable of the information needed to pass the course, she shares her tips and stories on how all the information you learn in the book is applicable during work. You can see her passion as an agent and teacher in every single lesson. It is possible to pass the course online or with another school, but the advantages of having an experienced agent explain the topics to you as well as the connections you create among the fellow peers who attend the school is definitely worth the little bit of extra money. 5/5 would and already have recommended taking Pam’s course to a friend.
