The entire staff needs to be replaced by individuals who are more professional and orientated to deal with people. They do not pay attention to what they are supposed to be doing. Trucks have been destroyed and then they don't accept responsibility. They suck and should all be replaced. Good for nothing!!!

If i could give zero stars i would, over a million miles driven, over 50 different loading facilities and this is BY FAR the absolute worst most unmaintained facility ive ever been to. The oregon trail probably has better conditions.
