We were fortunate to find Amy Turner.
My family and I had finally made the decision to seriously consider moving to NWA after looking at various cities. We decided to leave California….for many reasons. My wife and I first visited NWA for a week in May of 2020 to finally take a look around and to see how we felt about it. Needless to say we loved the area, the people and much more. I also moved my business here.
What made this move for us a more pleasant experience is meeting Amy Turner, a realtor at Urban Cottage Realty. We met her accidentally while looking at a house. My wife and I both took a liking to her and hired her to be our Agent.
Our situation had challenges because we didn’t live here. We lived in San Diego.
We took 3 trips to NWA before moving here. It was during the third trip that we finally looked for a home we would purchase. We looked at houses everyday for a week. We finally found our home on the morning of the day we were flying out, thanks to Amy.
Amy is the one who made all of this possible. She picked us up at the hotel just about everyday and took us to look at houses. Driving us around while on her phone, setting up appointments and finding houses for us to go see. She hustled!
Amy not only worked hard on our behalf while we were here at NWA, but also while we were back in San Diego. She was in constant communication with us and sending us homes to look at.
Not only did Amy help us find our home, she helped our 2 adults kids find their apartments. She went far beyond what I would say is normal service.
Amy knows her stuff, knows NWA and works hard. Most of all Amy is a great person.
She is THE ONE you need if you are relocating to Northwest Arkansas.
