Can't leave zero stars but that's what this service earns. In addition to complaining to the company that selected UPS Mail Innovations, leaving a review here for the slow service. My package has sat at the local warehouse for 5 days now. Always updating to "tomorrow by 7 pm" 10 minutes before it's supposed to arrive. At least I've learned to ask retailers if they use this service before buying their products. Won't be doing this again.

My package was at the local usps office, then sent to Denver, then back at the local office, then sent to Brighton and is back at the local office. I suspect by tomorrow my package will be back in Denver or Brighton. Innovation is not the word I would use to describe this service. How unorganized and wasteful can one company possibly be? You couldn't try to be this bad and succeed. This has happened numerous times with UPS packages. It's frankly embarrassing. This is what happens when you privatize a public service. I suspect it was never actually here, and UPS won't run the package until the truck is full to my local USPS office and instead of just admitting that, they're updating the tracking information with a bunch of baloney.

I like handling packages for customers and sorting out the mail. It's simple and fast pace work. The workers and supervisor there are down to earth and very well respectful. Plus I like how flexible the schedule is like I just wish I was getting more hours but it's okay for now.

I love UPS as a company. UPS Mail Innovations is a flaming dumpster fire. It takes the USPS 4-5 days to deliver it 2 miles after recieving a package that has come across the country in 2 days.... If UPS were smart they'd cut any ties with the USPS.... Government agencies are not capable.

UPS takes way too long to hand over packages to the USPS. Sometimes a package gets marked "Package departed UPS Mail Innovations facility enroute to USPS for induction" for multiple (3+) business days. Packages always arrive late as a result. Customer support only ever says "Sorry we'll look into it" with no improvements ever being made. I wish I could as the people I order from not to use UPS.

Was supposed to get a delivery today. Mail innovations is not part of UPS according to UPS yet have the same name. Their estimated delivery dates fall short. If you are going to estimate a delivery date make sure it's in the future not the past. No one wants to be over promised then under delivered.
Hopefully someone at this so called UPS company will work on providing accurate tracking of packages. I would not recommend this service to anyone that wants accountability of their shipments.
