If I could give no stars I would.Unicorn Operating System feels to be outdated, support for unicorn is non existent. Little to no training provided from this company or on the City side for this system. Multiple complications with pay during pay periods that were back to back in the City of J.C( Improper to no payments at all for some members of the work force.) Overall a waste of money and has caused more issues within the J.C Municipal work force. Who will be held accountable ?
