My mother has been a client of Abel's for decades and I have experienced great service with Abel, Salvador, and Lilia. I've been coming here myself for about a 9 years now. I find it is ideal to make appointments and thankfully UltraTax accommodates late evening and weekend appointments for those who work regular business hours. I leave the office with all my questions answered. Fair pricing and ample service.

The person who help me great, she offer me to call back whenever I felt ready to make the payment to IRS. Oh surprise when I tried calling back, horrible customer service from the 2 individuals who answered my call. Never coming back.

I contacted these people on a recommendation a month or so before tax deadline. They said they could help me, and we exchanged a couple emails, and a week or so before the deadline they stopped replying to mail and phone calls. It's fine if they don't need or want my business, but don't say you are going to help and then leave me in the lurch a few days before tax deadline. I ultimately had to figure out what for them is simple and what for me was completely unfamiliar the night before the deadline. Really bush league. AVOID.

Lillia is the first person that does my taxes who does not mind spending extra time explaning to me all the numbers line by line on my 1040. I trust her becuase they are so reliable.
