I had excellent service! Cody helped me after I fumbled my phone and fractured my screen. He was very professional and friendly. He replaced the screen and applied a screen protector. I had my phone back within a couple hours. I will definitely use their services again.

One of the most dishonest business I have ever been too. Dropped off phone to get battery replaced on Wednesday and picked it up the following Tuesday not fixed. Got the fed ex lost my battery excuse too it’s here but probably not done tell tomorrow. They even used the excuse that Samsung was doing a diagnostic and that’s what’s taking so long. Really diagnostic for battery replacement. They finally called me Tuesday afternoon after I chatted with tech. Support. They said they had tried a couple batteries and it still would turn on and said the screen was bad and they could fix for 325.00 dollars. I picked up my phone, ordered a battery from Amazon, got it the next day. Took phone to iNerd and it was fixed in a little over thirty minutes. Sorry excuse for a repair business.

Brought my fold 4 for a screen protector replacement through Samsung warranty. Overall a great experience. The initial application looked off but they corrected it quickly with no issues.

There ended up being issues with the second application and while it did take time, the last guy to finally do the replacement did a phenomenal job.

lol I told her which room I was in, and she knocked on the neighbors door and was like Oh No!! ? I checked up on her and she was like ? I reassured it was okay… lots of doors and I don’t even know if I said the right number ?‍↔️ it was fast and very convenient

This business was absolutely horrible. Not only did they charge me $150 for replacing my iPhone speaker( which INerd only charges $80 for future reference )but their workers talked to me in a very disrespectful manner. The front Desk lady was extremely rude to me and extremely arrogant while speaking. I will never take any device to this location and will tell my friends to choose Inerd in Yuma opposed to choosing this disrespect and horrible business. My “technician” Cody cracked my screen while replacing my battery and refused to take accountability. Please save yourself the headache and chose someone else

Service was excellent, they had part I needed at the store. Technician was fast, friendly and efficient . I had a $10 coupon emailed when I made the appt. but at the store I was told it didn't apply to Google phone. Turned out to be a mistake, it does apply to Google pixel and I was given the coupon as a refund. Thank you guys!

Amazing job and extremely fast and easy. My son was headed out of town with 2 hrs and we took it to them because he dropped his phone and he cracked the main screen and within 2 hrs they had it fix and looking brand new. Thank you guys again. I know my son is safe and able to communicate with his phone now. Mothers only wish!!! Truly amazing staff
