Our company has been working with Ubisec for a number of years and I've been impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and their ability to work with the changing needs of our business...and we've been through a lot. Ubisec, helped us upgrade to a VOIP phone system, migrate to Office 365 and a fully cloud-based file storage environment (no more physical servers onsite), step up our cybersecurity tools, coordinate with our other contractors when we upgraded to a cloud-based ERP, and set up a virtual desktop environment so our remote team members are fully supported. Through all this, the staff at Ubisec has worked well with every member of our team, regardless of location or level of comfort with the technology.
