Scheduled an appointment in FEBRUARY called to e clinic X2 to ensure my insurance was accepted. I spoke to someone in the clinic on 5/16 to make sure that’s 3 times total. After taking PTO time for this appointed drove out of my way and the supervisor didn’t even have the decency to come and speak with me. The check in person was rude and NASTY as if I did something to her. Worst experience ever 0 of 10 DONT RECOMMEND

Johnathan Kelley, PA, is a great professional. He explained my symptoms and hearing tests well. Highly recommended. Audiologist Christine Goguen was excellent as well. She did a fine job.

The view is beautiful and the staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Devon Grace is great she was friendly, patient and helpful. A few staff could work on having a better attitude but it went great overall.

Beware costs. I was charged $150 for a 30 seconds ear wax removal that I didn't even ask for. I just trusted my provider. You need to explicitly ask them if and how much every thing they do beyond a consultation costs.

Staff is nice but there should be no reason I should be waiting almost 2 hours for a regular checkup…Mind you the lobby was empty and everyone was getting called but me.

Incredibly fast service. I registered, went to the 2nd floor, and before I could sit, I was called back. The nursing assistant who took my vitals signs was pleasant, and spent time actually talking with me about a book I was carrying. Exceptionally unusual, but appreciated as it added a human touch. The MD came in quickly, listened, and appeared interested. Also atypical, but appreciated. My complaint was treated quickly and efficiently, and I was finished in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic.

Megan performed my ultrasound today and she was so polite and thorough. I had to leave a review because you truly don’t always get that type of care. She made me feel comfortable which unknowingly made me feel hopeful. With my mother who is currently battling her health it’s easy to be fearful when trying to get answers on your health issues. I’m a little less of that after being seen today. The front desk was also very polite and friendly.
