I can't say enough good things about Tuff Techies. They've repaired two devices for me already and they have my business now. From start to finish Nathan was very professional but kind. Exceptional customer service IS the reason I will come back here time and time again, as well as recommend them to everyone I know. Nathan had my phone fixed in one hour with a walk in. I had my brother and his family visiting from Spain. And my niece's phone would not charge. Tuff Techies was recommend by my brother-in-law. The service on my laptop was excellent. I had to get the glass on my broken cellphone replaced. The timing was off with the technician out of the office when I wanted to drop off my phone. The tech told me to bring my cellphone back in an hour, and I could expect to pick it up an hour later after that. When I returned to pick up my phone, it still wasn't ready, so I had to go home and come back later. The repair was good. Just a lot of inconvenience.

Jeremy, Nathan and Adam were all great. They provided excellent service for my 2 I-Macs, printer and tablet. When my printer had a major problem that was not worth fixing, they were honest and ethical about it. I would definitely use them, again, in the future.

I had Jeremy the tech come over to my resident to figure out why my laptop was not printing out new e-mails, etc. He located the Issues and fixed it in no time. He was very professional and was able to "trouble-shoot" the problem in no time flat. I had several questions that I asked him and he answered all with timely answers that I was able to understand.

In Arizona, you won't find computer/phone technicians fairer and more honest than those at Tuff Techies; no other quotes or services compare. My Dell Inspiron wouldn't charge, even with a new battery, but Tuff Techies diagnosed and fixed the problem at a better price than the Dell manufacturer offered. I'm so grateful for their support and hope others can discover their services.
