First & foremost…TONJIA was helpful, polite, accommodating, straight forward (which I like), efficient, helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and took her time to ensure we not only knew what all the options were…but that we “weren’t” adding unnecessary stuff to our build. Rare you find a sales representative that isn’t trying to push every option on you. However, this was not her at all. The ordering process was easy as was everything on the day of installation. Couldn’t have went any better. Guys were great to work with, very careful with our product and ensured it was perfect before they left. If you’re reading this review, you’re already considering Tuff Shed as an option. Sheds are sheds! However, Tuff Sheds are by far the best in my opinion. Rock solid and quality from top to bottom. Your sales rep is just as important as the shed that will be built on your property…so go with TONJIA and the entire process will be seamless.
(Photos are of the delivery and build process. Notice the extra care taken to protect our newly poured concrete slab with the entryway pad covered! THAT’S how you do it! Great job guys!)

From Tonjia showing us the various options and giving us the rundown on permitted vs not permitted units to helping us design our unit to meet our goals, we are very please with the service, professionalism, and quality of the structure Tuff Shed provided. The installation team did a great job communicating with us, leveling the base of the structure, and providing great craftsmanship in the assembly of our Tuff Shed . They also left their work area clean and free of trash. We couldn’t be happier with our Tuff shed that will be converted to. A bedroom in the near future.

We were looking for a shed for our backyard and decided to stop by Tuff Shed in Palmdale. The lot has plenty of sheds to look at to get an idea of what you might need. Tonjia in the office was very helpful and gave us a quote on a 10x12 barn shed. We were contemplating sheds from Ulrich, Little Cottage Company, and Heartland. In doing some research and reading a lot of reviews we ended up with a Tuff Shed. We liked that Tuff Sheds had an all steel subfloor, which helps protect it from the weather over the years. Tonjia was super helpful, and we ended up getting a 10x12 Premier Tall Ranch. We upgraded it with a couple windows and a window in the door, which helps let in plenty of light. Tonjia is very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. If anyone is looking to get a high quality shed and a no strings attached person to deal with I highly recommend speaking with Tonjia. We ordered our shed on Saturday 1/3/2025 and it was installed on Wednesday 1/8/2025. The whole process was super easy, very friendly, and fast. Please see Tonjia for all of your shed needs!
