I have been with Trapp Technology for over 10 years. They were great. They recently changed and i cannot talk with them on the phone or get a call back or schedule a call to fix an important issue: OUR INTERNET keeps going down and i need their help to fix. At this time i would give less than 1 star as i have not had a resolution. The director of support's job appears to be to run interference and limit the help provided. This is unacceptable.

I have used Trapp Technology for many years and been very satisfied with the service of Customer Support. In the past couple of months I have had a problem with printing and after many phone calls and many hours I finally, today, spoke with Latoya Ludgood who was able to solve the problem that no one else could. She was more than a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable in the Windows and Apple desktops of my computer. Whew! Big sigh of relief and thanks for someone being able to solve this problem!!!!!

Trapp and their technicians are great! I've only had a few issues and they have resolved them every time. Questions? They have you covered. And you can understand the person you are speaking to. We use Trapp to log into our company QB Desktop files. The Trapp support team (especially Danillo Moura) are TOP NOTCH. They know what they are doing and provide service so very quickly that we can get on with our workday. I know if there is ever an issue, Trapp has it covered!!!
