No call, no show twice. I finally got a text saying he "swung by" the ONLY short time that he KNEW No one would be around all week. More waiting... A 10 minute job, yet I didn't hear/receive any results, neither did the county. I waited. I started texting & calling. No response. In the mean time our project was held up because of his lack of professionalism. When he finally sent the report it was accompanied by an invoice that told me that "prompt payment would be appreciated", due on that very date. Such arrogant hypocrisy.
If you aren't a big volume business with LOTS of time to wait I'd avoid this business.

Called and left message and never heard back. This seems to be a pattern with Engineering companies in Estes. Contacted another company in Estes ,left message and no response. Tried to use a local company but it's time to use a company in the valley. Seriously, how hard is it to respond to a message. I am a business owner and understand we all get busy at times but I always find time to call people back !
