Took over a year to process my application because they misplaced it. Had to reapply and still took almost another year to complete work on my house and the work was not worth what i have to pay back .

I put in an application for their services a month ago when I put that application in they told me they would be in touch and assigned a worker to it within a few business days I waited 2 weeks never received a call back I called them back last week the lady said that the caseworker handling my case was not in she would talk to him when he got back and have him call me that day I've yet to receive that phone call so I called them today and told them to take my application out of their system if this is the way they start out there's no sense in going through anything with them

The new manager at Riverbend had and has done nothing but state she wants to clean the place up yet MULTIPLE felons live in the complex. MULTIPLE drug addicts selling drugs in buildings and I swear the woman will let you have an elephant as a service animal long as you type the letter yourself. The place did better with a black out drunk running it. I feel bad for all current residents who live there.

Management takes no less than a month to have anything done. If you complain about anything that is wrong where you live you get notices on your door saying you're doing something wrong and you need to remedy the situation. Here at the College Overlook apartments we've gone two months without consistent hot water and management literally says they "don't have time for this" if you say anything about it.
