Good company. I work for them remotely on a contractual basis, and have had no complaints to date. Hours are flexible, and everyone I've met so far has been highly competent.

Internally they work like a sort of clearinghouse for contractual work - they do the legwork of lining up gigs, and then dole them out to people who want to be contractors. The work tends to be about three-months-on, two-months-off, so it synergizes nicely with personal projects and third-party gigs (I do both).
