The interview process was straightforward, but why bother calling someone for an interview if you're not even going to hire them? I was out of college and of course I'm not going to have any experience. They made it seem like they were going to hire the first round. It is just a help desk position that they can easily train someone that is willing to learn. I checked their website recently and the help desk position is still open, which goes to show they haven't even filled the position since my interview. They rather spend months looking for the right candidate instead of hiring and training someone new and giving them the chance they need to get their foot in the door.
