Incredible customer service and expertise!

We bought a home-office-grade laser printer online and found the toner was backstaining when pieces of leather or vinyl came into contact with our printed materials. We were unsure if laser printing remained an option and returned to inkjet.

When that one broke, we asked TJL if it was worth repairing (no). Ryan spent 20 minutes on the phone with us and demonstrated great knowledge of the mechanics of laser and inkjet printers as well as the chemistry of toner and ink. He made an appointment for us to come in and experiment with various models and see if we can't get a better result with a commercial-grade laser printer. They printed a bunch of our forms from various models and mailed them (with our leather or vinyl) back and forth to see if backstaining is still an issue. They have given us hours of their time without so much as a dollar in exchange.

Such knowledge, skill, and kind consideration for the customer is exceedingly rare these days. Our recurring printer frustrations have ceased, and we look forward to buying every printer from TJL and utilizing their service plans. Thank you!

Update 1/13/25: Our printer decided to meltdown during our busiest 4 hours of the week (Monday morning). Fortunately Chris was in Montrose on another service call. He zipped up here and had it fixed by lunch!
