The owner is a total incompetent when it comes to filing taxes and keeping you in compliance. Zero Stars. He DOES NOT return telephone calls, Emails. You have to continue to track him down, and when you finally do, he does not take any responsibility for his mistakes. When he bought the firm, he got rid of the entire existing staff of qualified employees, resulting in clients needs not being addressed. After paying an expensive amount of money for tax preparation, he Messed up my taxes bigtime., resulting in IRS actions and penalties. Found another accountant, had him look the tax filings over. His response was he could not believe a CPA completed them until he saw the signature on the forms. Many mistakes, items in the wrong area of the forms, deductions that were not correct, eligible deductions not taken, etc. Unless you want continued headaches,do yourself a favor and FIND another firm to use. Nobody needs to deal with the IRS.
