I am very pleased to have this opportunity to write this review about the services and staff of 4-IT, a comprehensive I.T. company that provides consultation, installation, repair, maintainence and technical upgrades to all sizes and types of businesses. About 18 years ago, The Family Resource Center of South Florida (FRC), a combined Foster Care Agency and Community Mental Health Center in which I am the CEO, retained the services of 4-IT. As FRC grew, 4-IT grew along with us and provided us with planned, thoughtful and affordable upgrades/expansions. At this point, 4-IT manages our computers, email, Internet service, intergrated phone system and much of our cell phone services. With FRC having a staff of about 155 employees, 4-IT has been our partner as we expanded and as our needs became more sophisticated. With each move into different and larger office space, 4-IT was highly responsive in installing our customized technology needs under tight deadlines, and with respect for our limited budget. They have never tried to upsell us and push us beyond our budgetary limits.

4-IT has tremendous depth in its engineering staff such that they have a least a few experts in each I.T. area. Their Helpdesk, which is potentially available 24/7, is responsive, courteous and has outstanding problem-solvers. I have often said to them that their promotional literature should say: "Making the complex world of I.T. look simple." For all the reasons stated above, I recommend them heartily and without reservation.
