As former tenants under the management of Thrive Management Partners, our experience was nothing short of disappointing. Throughout our tenancy, we encountered numerous issues that reflected poorly on their professionalism and competence.

First and foremost, communication was abysmal. It seemed like pulling teeth to get a response to any concerns we raised. Whether it was maintenance issues or general inquiries, Thrive Management Partners consistently failed to provide timely and satisfactory responses.

Moreover, the frequent turnover of staff only exacerbated the problem. It felt like we were dealing with a revolving door of employees, each less informed and capable than the last. This lack of consistency and stability in personnel contributed to the overall sense of disorganization and neglect.

If I could caution prospective tenants against one thing, it would be to steer clear of Thrive Management Partners. Their incompetence and disregard for tenant satisfaction make them unworthy of anyone's trust or business. Save yourself the frustration and headache - look elsewhere for property management services.

I wholeheartedly echo the sentiment of others who have had negative experiences with this company: I would not recommend their service to anyone.

I cannot stress enough how amazing and positive my recent experience has been with Caleb David. I had a friend recommend Caleb to me about 2-months ago. I was not actually looking to relocate our business at the time, however she told me it would be good for the two of us to connect.

Caleb immediately made it a priority to set up a meeting in our office, despite his very busy schedule. We had a great meeting and through that meeting, Caleb connected our team to two other contacts within the commercial construction business. He takes networking and making connections to a whole new level.

Fast forward two months and we found ourselves in a very tough situation with our lease at the time. I reached out to Caleb and within 3-days he had preview appointments booked and within 7-days after that we had signed a new lease. He helped put us in touch with a great attorney to review our new lease and made the process easy and stress-free.

Through this process, we realized we have several connections in common, which has been amazing. The other thing that has been amazing about this process is Caleb's dedication to timely communication and to ensuring that all of my many questions were answered. Caleb never made me feel as though my lack of knowledge about the commercial leasing industry was an issue. He patiently answered my questions and helped me to understand the process.

All of the above took place while in the midst of one of the most difficult times in our World History and while he was trying to launch a brand new partnership with some other amazing folks. Not once did I feel as though Caleb did not have the time to dedicate to our team. Thank you, Caleb & Thrive Commercial Partners.... I am looking forward to doing business again in the future!
