I worked with Tom and the team at Evergreen and couldn't be more pleased! I had some specialty considerations that I required for a crate build for some trade show materials, Tom knocked it out of the park. It was everything I had expected and more. He was also great to communicate with and made sure that my specific requirements were met, even double checking them with me.

I had a great experience with the staff at the store. But due to the fact that they don’t have the *very inexpensive * hardware to scan QR codes, had to spend an extra 45 minutes going out of my way to return a package.

Owners & Managers: QR codes are the way forward. Might be time to update.

Arrived about ten minutes before closing to mail a package and was turned away after being told they had already closed down their computer. Odd way to make money was my thought. The UPS Store and USPS don't make me sign a statement acknowledging shipping laws and waiving rights. Up until awhile ago they always asked me what the package contained. USPS and the UPS Store don't do that either. The service is always pleasant and quick though.

These folks care! They have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. They are definitely not your typical shipping store. They will treat you like family. Their extra effort to notify you when a package arrives can be very helpful indeed.. Great customer service!!

I ordered a vintage mastering reel to reel tape recorder and it was shipped through this service. The seller used this shipping company and had the package insured. Upon delivery of the item, I immediately noticed the bottom foot bracket of the unit was snapped off and thrown in the box like no one would care. It was obviously dropped in the packaging of the unit. There is a huge dent on the back panel of the unit and the main drive motor got knocked out of it’s chassis internally, causing three screws to strip. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! What the heck! Who just damages someone’s package then throws the broken contents in and ships anyways without contacting the seller. Very shady and will never recommend this service. I have tried calling for days and no answer. Are you guys even open anymore I need to file a damage claim. I have photos and the item including original pictures from the seller proving it was your packaging handling.
Very very disappointed in your lack of quality.

I wanted to share a WONDERFUL experience I had with Evergreen Shipping Depot this morning. I am an insurance agent in Arizona and needed to obtain signed documents from a Colorado client ASAP today. My client did not have access to a fax or scan machine so I made a quick Google search for local fax services and found Evergreen Shipping Depot. When I called to inquire about their services, they were very professional and helpful. They provided an email address where I could send the documents to my client. Later that day, after my client signed the documents, they were quickly emailed back to me from Vicki. This was such an easy and efficient process and I would highly recommend using Evergreen Shipping Depot!!
