After hearing so many good things about how helpful this nonprofit was for children with disabilities, it absolutely was not. It was such a waste of time filling out, gathering, and submitting paperwork to them. They did absolutely zero to help with anything for my son. I am left to navigate trying to get my son qualified for the state's Medicare on my own. I guess thanks for sending the link I could have found on Google by myself. Don't waste your time.

Brandi has always been a great caseworker for us and our family. She is very flexible with scheduling and is very knowledgeable and professional about services and how they work. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for The Resource Exchange Company and the incredible support they have provided for me and my children. Having recently moved out of state, it was a daunting task to restart services in a new place, but The Resource Exchange made the entire process seamless.

Our service coordinator has been absolutely amazing — her dedication, kindness, and thoroughness have been such a blessing. She, along with the entire staff and the support service coordinator, has gone above and beyond in answering every phone call, responding to my emails quickly with all the information I needed, and guiding me through every step of the way. They have truly made this transition easier for my family, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the people they serve.

In contrast to the experiences we had in our previous state, where getting assistance was a constant challenge, The Resource Exchange has been a breath of fresh air. Their compassion and commitment shine through in every interaction, and I can't thank them enough for their support during this time.

Never does what they say, they take advantage of my disability and don't call,
return calls, emails, texts, nothing... for MONTHS, and I have to call repeatedly just to get someone to answer me. I've been awaiting more hours for 4 months now, and just am ready to give up. I'm calling the ombudsman tomorrow if I can't get a reply. I'll be filing also with my insurance company, a complaint for misuse of funds due to lack of services. This is ridiculous.

This place is horrible about calling you back, emailing you back, or doing anything for your case. This is VERY disappointing as they ALWAYS call for their recertifications or their meetings to get paid, yet risk our life with irresponsibility communicating for a couple years now. People's life's are suffering and it's truly a sad place to have to work with if you care about quality of life.

I have left messages with them, texted and emailed about care for a family member who we have guardianship over with no response. One case worker who was not assigned spoke to me briefly to help get referrals but since then no response. I'm at wits end trying to care coordinate and being promised resources without even a call back.

It has been ove a month with out service. They never call you back. The state should drop their contact due to the lack of service. This place is so unprofessional I don't know how they got the contract with El Paso county.They are not helpping families the are hurting my family. They should be looked into by the government for failing to provide the services to people

I never get a response back from the case managers. Ever! They say leave a message and they will get back to you in 48 hours never it’s been months since I’ve even spoken to our case manager. Also because of her I lost out on two months of pay. I thought this was a program to help and I’ve lost so much because of it. They are so unprofessional and no help.
