Great experience, got an immediate response to my call. David said he needed to finish a job but thought he could make on Friday. True to his word he travel clear to Florence to help us get our pool open. We had called no less than 12 other companies with little to no response.

We have worked with the The Pool Man for about 5+ years. We started as a maintenance client and after we built a new home we wanted to address some issues we’ve had with our pool.
Our pool is about 15 years old so some items needed an update, more efficient equipment and other items that needed addressed were inherited from the original pool contractor. Nothing that couldn’t be addressed by a company who knows what they are doing and who care to do the job right.
Throughout our entire relationship The Pool Man has looked out for us and the project. The amount of enthusiasm and transparency for our project has been reassuring. They have been responsive, a step in front of everyone else and really easy to work with. They have worked well with other sub contractors on our project to make sure that everything gets scheduled in a timely manner.
Bottom line they are good people who want to do a good job and they show up. I will work with them time and time again.

If I could give this Pool Man review 10 stars I would! Jeff, Dave, Matt (our Pool Tech) and the team at Pool Man have been a blessing to me. I'm a property manager for a homeowner with multiple spa's & a large custom pool and I have had other pool maintenance companies in the past, with very negative experiences. The team at Pool Man offer GREAT professional service that is fair priced & GREAT customer service.
If you want the BEST don't try the rest...CALL THE POOL MAN! 🙂

I used The Pool Man to repair a broken rope on my automatic pool cover. While I haven't used them before for any sort of cleaning or maintenance, I was very impressed with this experience. They squeezed me into an opening the next day after my issue. Joe and Gary were the crew, and they were friendly and taught me everything they could so that I can adjust the system myself if necessary. They knew I was being charged by the hour, and quite clearly worked as fast as they possibly could to minimize my charges, and did the job amazingly fast but without taking any shortcuts that would cause quality to suffer. It was clear they really cared about doing good work. I'd definitely go to them again for my next problem.

We discovered the Pool Man when we bought our family home with a back yard pool in 1999. We knew nothing about operating and maintaining a backyard pool, but got hooked up with Jim and Dave at the Pool Man! They helped us and always were so pleasant to work with! They helped teach us how to maintain and operate the pool. They replaced our filter and pump. Last year, just before selling the house, they replaced the skimmers and did a fantastic job. When we sold the house last August, we strongly recommended the Pool Man to the new owners. I spoke to the new owners yesterday and the tradition continues!!! Jim and his staff have won over the new owners because they know what they are doing, they are extremely friendly and easy to work with and most of all, they are GOOD people. If you need pool professionals, you will not go wrong by choosing the Pool Man!!!
