I came here to do a DOT drug and alcohol program. They have absolutely amazing service! They are a family owned business. They helped me through the FMCSA clearinghouse website and put me in a drug testing consortium. Very reasonable prices and very good service. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing help with their DOT drug and alcohol program.

A disappointing waste of time.
I made an appointment online for a background check, which means having your fingerprints taken. I live in Grand Junction and drove to Delta just for Julie to inform me when I arrived that their fingerprint scanner was in fact down because of internet issues. It would have been nice to know that before I drove all the way from junction. I don’t understand why no one called me to let me know that if I showed up to my appointment they couldn’t help me. I honestly don’t know why I expected anything different from the Delta office. The lack of communication was terribly frustrating, I won’t be returning.

Art is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with He not only called me a liar but also called me a bunch of other names that I'm not even comfortable stating I would never recommend anyone to deal with this company especially since they are combined with smart start they will hook your system up let it break down and then refuse to fix it.
