I highly recommend the Piano Workshop! My 12-year-old daughter started piano lessons with Juliet 10 months ago and has progressed so much in such a short period of time! And my 11-year-old son recently started guitar lessons with John and always looks forward to his classes! The teachers are great with the kids and Christina is great at resolving scheduling conflicts... Truly a great music school for kids!

Two of my daughters have been taking lessons at The Piano Workshop of Bergen County now for almost 3 years. They have both received top notch instruction from caring teachers. Jesse helped my oldest further both her piano and guitar skills. He also went above and beyond to help her record and submit her original music to several composition contests. Sonia has nurtured a love of music in my youngest by finding and arranging music that she really wanted to play to be at the level that she could handle. My kids love their lessons here. What more can you ask for!

The staff at Piano Workshop were so helpful in finding the right teacher for my daughter. She enjoys guitar lessons with John who is an amazing musician and instructor. He is patient, always encouraging, and introduces her to different genres of music. He tailors the lesson around her ability while also challenging her to grow. PW creates a friendly atmosphere for young learners. I highly recommend them!

we are very pleased and happy that we got to meet john and his team at an event few months ago ! we were concerned with our son who used to play piano a while back but didn't have a good experience and ended up quitting! This time he is so happy and excited to show up to his guitar lessons with John. In the last few months he has shown alot of progress and he is sounding great. John and his team at Piano worship are professional, kind, organized and most importantly great teachers. We have had the best experience at piano workshop. Maia is my daughter’s voice coach and not only is she a great teacher that pulls my girl out of her comfort zones, but she’s also kind and very encouraging. John teaches my daughter guitar, and she has learned so much in such a short period of time. He is also very kind and encouraging and provides wonderful feedback and suggestions for her to keep moving forward. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The location and parking is convenient. Parents are welcome to stay in a comfortable lobby and recitals are well planned in advance for appropriate scheduling. We love PWBC!

My daughter was a complete beginner when she started taking piano lessons with Ms. Elise two years ago. I had one goal for my daughter when she started piano - just enjoy music! Entering competitions and performing at Carnegie Hall were not even a thought! When Ms. Elise brought up the idea, I was very skeptical. I thought she was kidding! But, my daughter got second place at the competition after playing for one year. And today, I learned that she got first place and will be performing for the second time at Carnegie Hall! What an accomplishment. If it wasn't for Ms. Elise, this would not have been possible. She gives great instructions and she teaches how to make music beautiful. My daughter enjoys playing the piano even more now than before.
