Can’t say enough great things about working with Andrew for our first home purchase! He took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for in a realtor, provided insight and his thoughts when we asked for it, and let us work through our thoughts on each property on our own without any pressure when we needed it. He took the time to show us areas we had never considered living and shared his experience and local knowledge along the way. During our contract, Andrew and Heather were available to answer our questions thoroughly (and repeatedly!), and meet with us and the inspectors. Andrew and Heather represented our Mother as she sought to sell bare ground in Evergreen, CO after our Father passed. The McWilliams checked every 5 star box - professional, attention to detail, communication, knowledgeable, presentation, hard work, compassion/understanding that the importance of the transaction involved more than just money, follow up and follow through and went the extra mile to research and locate relevant old legal documents when a neighbor improperly (and unsuccessfully) attempted to hold the sale hostage for personal gain over an easement that had been in place for decades and he had no right to ever block.
Andrew and Heather were fantastic and we are pleased to HIGHLY recommend them.

We were out-of-state buyers seeking second home options in Colorado but had no local connections. On a Google search, we came across the McWilliams Group who claimed a coverage area of the Front Range in addition to the Evergreen location of their office. We found their claim to be no exaggeration. Andrew and the crew are familiar with properties along the front range, in the foothills and in all communities, extending their reach to places like Winter Park and Summit County. Further, they were timely in communication and paid attention to all the details. But most importantly to us, they understood our challenging needs and served as great advocates for us with all parties through the entire process. We recently closed without a hitch on a home in the Perry Park area. Our recommendation couldn't be higher. Great group to work with.
